This weekend i have made stew, cream of carrot soup, practiced turning vegetables, bought some kitchen stuff, hemmed my chef pants and my sweatpants, made chocolate chip muffins and homemade lemonade, done a wackload of laundry, and sharpened my paring knife. And i still have to watch some Rouxbe videos (online cooking school partnering with my school - check it out, it's awesome. www.rouxbe.com), read a chapter in my textbook, iron my chef clothes, sharpen my chef's knife, and do a review sheet to hand in on Monday. and i should probably do the dishes. :P
